I'm working on it. I meet a nice looking woman and my eyes go straight to ? meat and/or ? . I know it's normal, but I've been through enough ? in my life thinking with my ? that I can't be sexualizing and trying to smash every woman I meet. Y'all still do that? Or am I tripping over being normal?

Before 25 it was difficult. After 25 it becomes way easier. You start to actually look beyond the physical. To the point that women who are physically appealing could repulse you completely and leave you limp if their character is ? juice. That's when you know the better head has begun taking charge.

Other day I was talking to this cute chick at work about sexism in the work place and I was ? on sexism and telling her how I empathized with how men look at all women like meat while my eyes was on her ? the WHOLE time. She noticed too. -

You said she's nice looking - so why wouldn't you look.
What you haven't mentioned is any other noteworthy quality about her. If looks are what stands out the most about her, well then there goes your answer.
There are times tho when you probably shouldn't be thinking with your ? , so to speak, like if a shady ? offering you the goods or an ex or some ? .
Nothing wrong with being attracted to a new chick tho. ? the de-masculinization. -

That ? is only acceptable for teenagers and young adults. As a grown man, ages 25+, you need to get over it.
There's no shortage of attractive women but not everything that looks good ain't good for you. You need to learn the power of discernment. -

My lil brother learned early. Told his ass not to ? around too much, especially since he was still living in small ass Saginaw where everybody knows everybody. Nope, when he was 18 my pops gave him the '79 Monte Carlo he bought new when I was in the first grade. Within a year that car had windows broken out and tires slashed a few times over chicks. Found out being a playa in a small city ain't the way to go. -
A strong mind and will, prevent your ? from ever telling you what to do. When you're young and this happens, i think its mainly because you're young, inexperienced and foolish. Now, if this happens to you when you're older or been through bad consequences of these actions, it just means you are mentally weak.

I can't lie, for me a lot of that understanding came from experience. Some come with age. I think most people tend to get a new understanding and maturity when approaching the 30's and when you cross over the 30 line.
Avoid porn. It will have a huge effect on the way you view women in general. That's one of the main things that make it hard to not look at any give attractive woman like a piece of steak while you simply walking around minding your business.
Avoid following instathots too. I mean if you insist on trapping yourself, looking like a groupie giving up power to complete strangers that don't even know you exist, then go all in. Be the best groupie you can be. But I think a lot of men is sleep, they don't understand what they doing, looking at all them photos and imagery is designed to make you desire something you shouldn't have, and the moment you do that, you giving up a piece of your freedom. You might as well bow down to them, that's your master, and you will do anything it take to have what you want if only the circumstance allowed it. I wouldn't be surprised if these women actually consciously aware they doing this. That's why brothers can't think straight now. Nothing wrong with following like 1 or 2 instawomen because you like they photos or whatever...that's understandable. But ? don't need to be following double and triple digit amounts.
You have to learn to value Self-power over self-indulgence. The latter won't get you where you wanna be in the long run.
