You may be talking about the Italian combo. It's Italian beef and italian sausage with sweet peppers and those hot peppers with the carrots and stuff in it. You normally get those wet/dipped . I think its on some type of italian bread. Best thing in Chicago beside them stuffed pizzas from giordanos

Boss lady took me out to lunch today. Got me a big ol burger. 2 patties, bacon, jalepeno, avocado, grilled onions and mushrooms, and a slice of american and jarlsberg cheese. -
