Yo I'm trying to put this playlist I have and archive it into a .rar file

How can I do that and it play in order like the list I created? Do I have to make some kind of M3U file for it too?

I tried that and putting a separate album name on it so I can find it easily and when I uploaded it to itunes, the order became all ? up.
I think it works in WMP but in itunes it goes out of order even when I manually change the track number -
? is hella frustrating
