From September 1st to March 1st

going on a six month Barbell Training routine

No Free Weights at ALL

Good six months of nothing but Squats, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Front Squats, Back Rows and Good Mornings.

For anybody trying to gain size I highly recommend a barbell routine!

Every workout my goal is to increase the weight or the number of reps I do.

P.S: NO SOURCE...thought of this all by myself....go snitch that ? DREADEDBWOY!!!
