Anyone use straps?

since i started uppin my deadlift weight, my grip gives out before my body does, is it a b*tch move to get straps?

Always. I use them for dead lifts, bar shrugs, lat pull-down, most back exercises. My grip has never been that strong.

Nothing wrong with using straps. I use them when i'm doing some heavy BB shrugs. The only way to get bigger is to continue to push yourself while increasing the amount of weight you lifting, and sometimes that requires the use of straps.

i use them for shrugs only but they're definitely useful
