Just started puttin work in on my legs. cant look like channel 11 no longer. im killin them squats, leg presses and lunges. anyone have more suggestions?

thats all you need...add some deadlifts and hack squats and u should be straight. Dont neglect you calves either.

Standing calf raises, seated calf raises or you can use the Leg Press machine and put weight on the machine and lift it using your calves.
