The Rock not at #1 is laughable I dont recall any other wrestler doing a promo in which the person hes making fun of is trying there hardest not to laugh and break character ie When he did the famous Triple H impersonation "Im the game hhhhhh," Triple H and Stephanie are trying there hardest not to bust out laughing....
Or have a wrestler catch feelins like Kevin Nash did when The Rock called him Big Bad ? ..... -

This. Rock not being number 1discredits the entire list. Heenan, Mr. Perfect, and Million Dollar Man not being in the top 5 is blasphemy, but The Rock not being number 1 is insanity. -
