Do you dress for fashion or function?

i know everyone's somewhere in the middle, but what are you leaning more towards. if it's pouring do you rock your retarted looking, but functional rain boots? or are you the ? rocking a winter hat on a nice day cause it looks good. I'm probably leaning more toward fashion. I wear a lot of pointless ? for the sake of looking fresh

I get up wondering what shall I wear depending on the weather, depending on my hair, and my accessories.
I look at what ever show I see and build my outfit up from there or I would build it up from my coats/jackets.
It's always a theme for me when I dress; I like to wear clothes that can work more than 1 way. I need a look that when I take my jacket off; it's another look or when I place a belt over my jacket it's more of a faux couture look. I roll dress up into my bra and place my belt over it make the dress look shorter than what it is actually. -

It jus depends on where exactly I'm goin and what I'm gonna do when I get there. If I'm goin to the movies or somthen I'ma keep it more casual. Jeans, white tee and a fitted. So I guess I'm more so in the middle.

both. i love fashion but i use my marbles im not gonna bust my ass in 6 inch pumps walking in the rain lol.
My rainboots are fly as ? though so idk..it may look functional to others but i still feel fashionable -
Whatever I'm feeling for the day goes with my attire.
