Black Americans are of African descent, I'd consider it to be an interethnic relationship.

I always thought Black is Black. Did you mean to say Black Latino? Being Latino is not a race. Now if your family is filled with J-LO looking people, I would say the kids would be mixed, but I believe you just said you're a Black Latino. Black is Black.
