how can i build up and define my pecs?

im tired of my pecs lookin like ? . but all i got is this bands and do push ups but it dont seem like it works. im tryin to get right by april 15 i need help.

Try the below. This was my chest routine before I started boxing:
Flat Bench (Barbell)
10 reps - 225 lbs.
10 reps - 275 lbs.
3-5 reps - 315 lbs.
5-10 reps - 275 lbs/
Incline Bench (Barbell)
10 reps - 225 lbs.
10 reps - 225 lbs.
10 reps - 225 lbs.
Decline Bench (Barbell)
10 reps - 225 lbs.
10 reps - 225 lbs.
10 reps - 225 lbs.
Butterfly Machine
3 sets of 10 (as heavy as possible)
Cables
3 sets of 10 - 70 lbs. on each side
30 push-ups -
^^^^^^^
all that....and get some push up bars....
and an ab wheel...

lol at birdchest, your not gonna be able to put up all the weight anyway, but to solve your problem since you dont have the weights get a gym membership, and if your too broke to get that then do more push ups but mix them up, do regular, military style, diamond, wide front, and decline, do a couple sets of all of those

Since you don't have weights, you can get those Perfect Pushups and they work good bruh

Get a perfect push-up. Do pull ups crunches push ups jump rope. Start to eat better. You really won't beable to work on your abs until you get proper equipment

Try doing wide arm pushups, that ? will fill out your chest quick.
I used to have the same problem to until I started doing that.
Now a ? pecs are looking right. -
? u can find a weight bench on craigslist for like 30 dollas...get cha weight up

well i just lifted weights at the community center down the street so let me know what i can do. the most i can bench right now is155

when used correctly that ? use all thoes muscles...and you're putting so much weight on your upper body u see results quick as all hell -
