100 Reps...the realest workout I have ever done

Since the month of November till now me and my partner been doing this 100 rep thing
Ex: Say we bench 135....we don't do any specific sets, we just start lifting till our muscles get tired
So if we stop at 30, then the next men goes with his lift and vice versa....and we dont stop till that full 100 has been reached!!
Then we move on to the next workout with the same way
Just doing something new and so far its been giving us both great results with size and cuts....have yo veins popping out doing regular ? like brushing yo teeth! lol
I'll keep ya'll posted some more, been doing alot of new ? recently in the gym...try it!

yep that sounds like a beast. so u ever did each exercise 100 times? bench...etc? i can see myself doin 135 100 times....in 10 rep intervals. give us an example of the exercises that you do with this

pretty eeasy to do actually. Ive done 225 20 times.
but that workout sounds intense. is this something u do on a regular basis? -

I'm only going to do this 1 month out the year
This workout seems to get me ripped but increase my size as well
Probably due to the increase blood to my muscles this workout does -

We work out twice a week
So the first day we do bench, deadlifts, and squats...100 reps each
Second day we do arms, shoulders 100 reps for watever excerise we doing for that body part -
I do something close to that
I do something around 25x22x20x12-15 for my rep count
I could probably do 25 for all four sets -
i tried that ? last night....benched 135 x 100. ? is a beast...i think i did 80 and my arms gave out on me.

SMH @ me last night at the gym for doing 100 reps on circuit machine biceps at 20,30,40,50 lbs respectively

I was watching the nfl combine last year and saw alot of players doing 225 25-30 times i tried it and got 19 in.

I'm a heavy weight, low rep low set dude. I've never been big on doing high reps 'cause it gets boring after a while.

don't think of it that way my dude, some people just can naturally do heavy weight. I couldn't even hit a plate a few months ago. I'm up to about two plates and a thirtyfive now. Just put some dedication in lifting.

Last year Deion Sanders had a show where he worked out a few DB's and Receivers that were training for the Draft Combine. He asked them if they were ready to for the Bench Test (225lbs) and they said no. He had the players rep 135lbs 100 times. Some of them broke it down in sets of 25, some did sets of 10 and one guy did 50 sets of 2 reps. The point I'm trying to make is that repping 135lbs is not an easy task. Its def a good work out.

You do 100 Deadlifts?................and 100 squats in the same day?
What weight are you pushing?
