category 2 hdmi cables

i recently heard that category 2 is the HDMI cable you should be getting if u have 1080p or above. any truth to that? im thinking of getting either pf these and getting rid of my old ones. Im not sure what category they are but imguessing theyre 1.

    from what i read it seems like thats basically hdmi 1.4 most ppl have 1.3

    main difference is full 3d support and an audio return channel plus Ethernet support

    from what im hearing tho most products wont let you utilize the full potential of 1.4 just yet....but since 1.4 is fully backwards compatible its no reason not to get it

    How do i get hdmi in my house that is equipped with coaxial connections? In my entertainment room, and three bedrooms, coaxial connectors run the tvs. We are getting Directv and a big screen HDTV (in entertainment room), but i am told that HDMI is much better than coaxial, is this true? what do i have to do to make them HDMI?
