Am I the only one concerned about the overfill of garbage landfills

I mean it seems as though we are running out of places to put the millions maybe even billions of pounds of trash. The landfills we are currently using are reaching their max capacity. I personally fill as though we should ship them to cities like detroit and other slum cities like those
