son it takes me like an hour to make a verse, and maybe another hour or so for revisions. So it all depends on how long you need to write it. I'm ready whenever....mic check

IDK about him, but I didn't write to an instrumental. This was just a text battle, my 16 lines against his 16 lines. Then people jump in and vote based off the lyrics solely; metaphors, punches, rhyming, creativity, wordplay, best verse, just whatever you can think of.
And I agree with iMpIoDez, if you take the time to vote, at least explain why you voted that way BC anyone can hop in and say, "I vote for this guy BC he was better." How was he better and how was I better? -

Appreciate the votes people, keep 'em coming...And as far as mine sounding radio ready/ better songwise it's because before I found this site, I never tried to battle. I started rapping a year ago and my main focus was just flow (cuz my ? was wack as fucc lol) so much more attention was spent learning structure, multi's and delivery as opposed to punchlines...I feel I'm adapting aight though if I do say so myself nah mean.
