Wtf.

I work the Bars at my park..

Dips

Chin-ups

Pull-ups

I havent done it in 5 or 6 months i started last week

Im fair on my dips/chinups but when it comes to getting my pull-ups in.. lol i cant even do more than 4 right now.. Last week i was sore as hell .. Idk for some reason i cant do it.. i mean even last year it didnt kick my ass like it has.. what gives..

Generally i do 3 sets of 10 but i cant do 3

    ? u just answered ur own question...u havent done it in months...you'll get back to the swing of things again....i started off doing calisthenics too...now that it's getting hot again Imma hit the park up and get it in

    Nah,, i dont think thats what muscle memory is.

    I mean i know how to do it.. my body knows how to do it.. but i couldnt do it


    Got up to 5 at a time.. today.. i think i should be back to normal in another week or so..
