I used to only use Clinique products
but the lady that does my facials said you have to switch up with you use or it's not as effective
I started using Olay products. I use the foaming face wash, regenerist syrum, face lotion and night cream. -
Yes, your body will naturally heal itself if you take care of the inside. All that other ? (products) is nonsense and you're not dealing with the real issue (your diet).

I used to have an acne problem as a teen and still have some scarring as an adult. But Ive been using cocoa butter soap for like six months now and ive been using this particular brand of it (forgot the name and threw away the packaging but it comes in a yellow box), my skin hasn't looked better in a longggg time. I have a more even complexion, scars are fading away (i use fade cream too tho), and i hardly break out at all anymore.
But yeah-Cocoa Butter Soap
Bump Stopper for shaving
and Ambi Fade Cream -
At night:
St Ives apricot scrub
Witch Hazel as a toner
clean & clear moisturizer
Mornings:
warm water wipe down
Witch Hazel as a toner
clean & clear moisturizer
I also put a clay mask on for a few minutes once or twice a week.
Sometimes I like to do home remedies:
oil rinse: wash with olive oil & wipe off with a hot rag
honey mask
honey & sugar mix to exfoliate -

Dove for Men soap/body wash. After that, I'll put some shea butter on my face.
