I just don't feel like going. I'ma go, and I know I'll feel great after, but right now my legs are sore and I don't feel like going.

Psh. ? my legs. They can deal with it. I'll just take two days off this weekend. My day off was Sunday and I went for a hike, a really hard hike. -

I just drink an Ensure Plus, and get right into it...once the muscles loosen up, I feel better about showing up for my workout.

And then after 10 hours of work, I gotta work our hard as ? too cause I resume my training camp today and plus that's another 1.5 hours I gotta drive. Shiiiiiiiit. It will be good to get today out of the way.

Hate those days. When it happens, I jump first on the elliptical to get going. I put the lock on so I won't look at how many calories I burn. I feel that this is a great strategy because when you see that you have done 2,000+ strides, it motivates you to keep going. other day I did 5,000 strides, burned 605 calories. If on cardio day you focus on elliptical, cool down with a couple of miles alpine on the bike, 10-12 resistance. Has you feeling beast when you done.

Yeah. I did, 20 minutes of Speed intervals on the bike(HIIT) Then some more HIIT on the elliptical. Then finish off with 10 minutes on 7 incline on the treadmill finish with a jog.
I usually avoid running b/c I run and/or bike for 30 minutes before every workout. -
Then don't go. Your the one who will not see any results not like it effects anyone else in anyway
