LOL naw I know the answer I just wanna see what people think. -
I've never read up on that. Is it possible to waste protein by having too much in one sitting? I've had times when I was drinking Up Your Mass (like 60 something grams of Protein per serving w/ Milk) along with my dinner (Chicken and rice w/ black beans.) But I still don't think I was close to over doing it. IDK.

Word. So you're basically saying if I were to take a supplement that has more than 32 g of protein per serving I'd be wasting money if I ingested a full serving.

yeah. your body weight has to be pretty high up to be able to absorb a serving that size...
I need to start reading bodybuilding.com forums (or is it .org?) -

LOL man that 32 grams per meal thing is broscience at it's finest. The truth is it's no specific answer. You can consume 100 grams of protein in one meal, your body will just digest it more slowly. You won't ? out 68 grams of protein.
Check this out. It's like the myth that u need to eat 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism high. That's BS too.

So the trick would be to spread he servings out roughout the day right?

To keep your hunger in check yeah. If you were on a 1800 calorie diet, you wouldn't want to eat all that in one meal cause later in the day you'd probably get hungry again. It don't matter if u eat 3 meals a day or 8. -

meals, supps, don't matter....I was taking ON Serious Mass late last year to get to 180...I believe it was 1,250 cals a serving..50 G protein...250 G carbs....didn't suffer any side effects since I was training intensely and my body was using the food and supps I took to recover...I have no idea why u were suffering side effects from taking in 60 G of protein...U can get that in a burger from a fast food joint

Nope I never threw up a protein shake. Your body just may not have reacted good to it. You gotta find out what works for you. If you find 30 G of protein per meal works for u then keep it going. I just find it ridiculous how some think that's the fixed amount for every single person.

how much are you tearing up your muscles?
On leg day I usually have 48 grams directly after my workout. Same with back day.
But chest shoulders and arms I just do 24 grams after my workout. And I do 24 grams before every workout.
I do 48 after leg day cuz leg muscles are by far the largest in the body, so I'll need more to start repairing them and stopping further damage. -
hey i covered all the bases mr. speed reader...
yea but u are talking about supps only...do u only limit 30 g of protein to food too? -

Food I usually go as high as 60 Grams. Not much higher than that though. But 60 grams is only like 7 oz. of chicken. That ain't ? . haha. -

about 25 g of protein

Your body will likely absorb it all. It'll just take longer to process through your kidneys/liver.
If you eat a 16oz sorloin steak, that's somewhere between 70-90g of protein. Your body will process it, but it'll take a while.
