EA been pumping a lot of money into FIFA and making big improvements every year. That's their biggest cash cow. About 12 mil sold each year last few years. Plus they done revamped the engine again for FIFA 12

For someone who's main console is still the PSP and can't be arsed to buy a PS3 what's the deal with the FIFA vs PES war? Back on the PS2 PES was winning it hands down. Which is the better football game nowadays?

Since 2009, FIFA took the lead and has not looked back since. PES 08 had awful online play. PES 11 revamped their system and was a good game, but FIFA 11 was still better. This year, they both have new engines working on for the 12. The collision engine in FIFA looks amazing so far.

Nice one. Spoke to someone else who pretty much said the same thing about PES falling off and FIFA actually putting a bit more effort into the games nowadays. Got the latest PES for the PSP a while back, that version just plays exactly the same as on the PS2 (which isn't a bad thing).

Yea FIFA consistently has stepped it up, and in general futbol is growing on America more, but worldwide FIFA sells like crazy...the only thing FIFA doesn't have that would make it that much more crucial is a Multiple Offline Dynasty mode, kinda like Madden where you users can control more than one team at once...that would be the truth!

Got to cosign fifa 11 > madden 11. Sure who hasn't tinkered with the teams to make a bombsquad?

Putting Mike Vick on the raiders is cool, but not as cool as putting cristiano ronaldo and leo messi on manchester city's starting XI
