Nay? My homie does that every now and then, and I keep telling him it's foul. But i never do that because I've never found any need. I'm not as lazy to not park just a few spaces back. I don't see it as a big deal though, especially when there are lots of handicap spaces open. I remember when this same homie of mine got chewed out by this ? of a lady at a shopping center for parking in one. And she threatened to call the cops as if it was that serious. I hate people like that...
