Heres an example a fellow dj on a dj forum that goes by the name Sigma did real quick. its not perfect he just threw it on and recorded on 1 take so dont take it seriously but u should get the idea.

I couldn't hear Jay-Z on it. I'd be more inclined to say AZ. Drums definitely need some work. Sample is great.

The arrangement DOES sound too much like "Song Cry" however like everyone else says, the drums are too tight.
Either you SHOULD NOT quantize or if you choose to quantize your drums, do it in deeper notes like 1/32 or 1/64.
Sample selections on your page are dope though.
