I've been saying "I'm gonna leave in 30 minutes" for 3 ? ' hours now. I dread this ? . I always drag my feet on leg day. ? , some days I say ? it and skip. I hate that ? .

My favorite workouts actually.
I mostly do low bar box squats and heavy good mornings as the major movements, along with overhead lunges/reverse lunges -

leg day is the easiest day for me lol!
and it seems to show results much quicker than any other body parts..for me at least -

Man if ever there was a day I slack off it's on leg day....I do a bunch of other ? on leg day then do like three exercises....it's so bad the next day. I be like ? stairs the next day.

Everyone hates leg day because it is such a hard work out. We have large muscles in our legs. Squat jacks, lunges, stairs, leg lifts, leg press, etc. all gonna kick anyones ass. It's a day to show what you're made of.

hell yeah, I just changed my ? up too.
Squats
deadlift
leg press
ham curls
quad extensions
glute press
jumping squats
calf raises.
? wipes me out.
This is my thread BTW. And yes, I still dread leg day b/c of this very reason. -
i love leg day cause you sittin on your ass during most exercises. i just added it recently before i didnt do anything for my legs but i figured out havin a sponge bob physique aint whats hot in the streets.

Why of always feel like throwing up and passing out after a good leg work out. I'm but eff it squats help support growth.

Leg workouts aren't my fav, but I definitely need to start mixing some in with my running.
