Most Overlooked Album Last Decade

Thug Mansion dropped and ? was excited for yet another album from Pac. It sold wat it sold, recieved well... ok. But this album regardless of the production they opted to choose and the few ft went hard. It was better than UTEOT cause UTEOT 2nd disc was weak. I think if they waited an dropped this like 07, it would still be talked about
