what are the best ways to stay in shape after heavy drinking?

After drinking beers or any heavy drinks to avoid that big stomach, I'll just hit the gym, run, jog, ab workout, and lift pounds, at least 2 or more in a week!.....how about anyone?

i work out 6 days a week regardless so it wont affect me too much.
