Why is it as soon as the scoreboard flashed that the Orioles came back, the Yankee pitcher throws one right down the middle to a guy they coulda easily walked because he had already hit a three run homer or something earlier. Litterally THE VERY NEXT PITCH... after the Yanks was playing all hard in the extra innings after they flashed the score of the other game? Could it be that the Yanks just coinsidently threw a bad pitch to the rays power hitter....or did they know what they were doin and threw in THEIR mind the perfect pitch to stick it to the red Sox and guarantee themselves an opportunity on purpose to not run into the hated rivals Boston redsox(struggling or not they play tuff vs NY)....

Any other time in the bottom of the ninth Mr. All time saves leader woulda shut that door. Who was that that gave up that bottom of the ninth pinch hit home run? The red Sox I think were tied with the O' s at the time. So of course if you have nothing to play for except to stick it to your arch rivals you'd surely lay down if Baltimore came thru. As long as B more was down of course you'd play hard and hang around just in case the Sox won so you can keep playing hard enuff to win so Boston can play the rays the next day. Come on.....as soon as the O' s win you throw a pitch right down the middle to a guy you have no business pitching to and shoulda walked?
