i think they should use all the momentum cm punk is gaining, have him win the rumble and he go on the wrestlemania to challenge del rio or someone else, whoever has the title at the time.
they should come up with a well thought out storyline to create long fued between cena and rock starting at survivor series, ending at wrestlemania. cause if cena had the belt, and the rock is only there for wrestlemania, you already know he's not going to win so it makes no sense to make it for the title
