The 24 hour gym not only helped me cut down drinking, but I got almost the whole gym to myself at those late hours. I go to a ymca during the day once a week so me and my friend can spot each other on the bench, but other than that I dont need anybody and i dont sleep at night anyway so it works out.

Evenings. Mostly because of my schedule.

Going to work in the day, coming home and unwinding for an hour, then heading to the gym.

Now that I work nights, I'll be working out in the late afternoons.

Morning... because of my work schedule.

I have tried the night thing, but I usually have a hard time getting to sleep afterwards.
When I finally do get to sleep I have some ? up dreams.

At the moment, but not because I want that.

My homie schedule ? me up because he works different times wheras before he didnt work so now I gotta go late night with him.

Early morning is the best, they say.

I want to get back to early but right now I'm gonna have to stick with this routine.

And nah I never had a problem sleeping after a workout, I dont sleep till 12 atleast so I dont know why that would be a problem anyway.

Unless you workout at 10-11pm everynight.

they say your t-rone spikes in the morning, thats y its better to train mornings; but i think thats ? . training will give you spikes in t-rone especially moves that work more than one muscle group no matter what time of day.

I try to work out in the morning sometimes if I feel like it but I mostly work out during the afternoon(no later than 6 though). I workout 3 days a week every other day (for rest period) sometimes I workout a few hrs after I eat or I might workout before then.
