Wont be anywhere near as good as LOTR.
The reason is the source material is not as good.
LOTR were dark books.

Agreed but the later HP movies were dope....and I think this has the source material to be better than those. Your right though...wont be as good as LOTR -

I just dont want to get hype, because i remember almost not reading LOTR as a kid because i thoguht the Hobbit was soft.

Didn't read the books, probably won't see it at the movies but will rent it. Not trying to sit in the movie theater for 3 hours, rather do it in my house.

That is an top quality trailer, no question. But am I still interested in LOTR? I don't think so. Probably wait for DVD.
