Pac's my favorite but this is what I don't get about a lot of his fans

Why are they so adamant on emphasizing Pac "killing" somebody on a track? It seems as if they're trying to create some facade that put Pac amongst hip hop's strongest technical lyricist. However, if you been listening to duke from day one, you would more than likely mention a ton of other reasons why you loved dukes music. I heard countless times about him "killing" someone on a track. Online and off. Yet, I can't recall this same effort being applied to rappers like a Rakim, Nas, Krs, Canibis during his stint or any other strong lyricist. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seem like an attempt to re-write history rather than simply enjoying what rap's greatest icon truly had to offer.

killing the track and other Rappers on the Track =/= to spitting the most technically sound verse on the track, anyone saying differently is on some revisionist mission...
