    Buffalo sadly to say is the most miserable city overall, after we bailed out NYC and kept them from going bankrupt and the trade agreements sent tens of thousands of jobs overseas and then ? hit. But New York state pledged $1 billion in money and tax breaks to the area so things may be looking up hopefully
