So I've added his Pilates class to my workout......I really like it too
I'm surprised at how flexable I actually am.
Has anyone ever taken a class before? Likes? Dislikes?
I'm curious to see if this is something I should stick with .....

I like it. It never seems like much of a workout to me- I'm just used to sweating and feeling tired to feel like I've worked out. But I love the length and leanness it gives to your body.

I like it...it's not a cardio workout and I like the fact that it's low impact but high benefit....ur abs will hate you the next day lol. I was doing pilates in the morning cause I dont like sweating and having to do surgery on my hair before work, so the low sweat factor of pilates is a big benefit.

I'm not replacing this class with anything I normally do ... just adding it to my workout
It's a relaxing way to excersise ... if that makes sense. lol
I like how it makes me feel afterwards
