they did that already with Kelly Kelly when that "ECW" show started up and it was widely accepted.
but if they wanted to rehash the gimmick and really get in trouble, have one of Brodus Clay's girls do exactly what Kelly did or even what you suggested and watch that ? get banned faster than Muhammad Hassan simulating a beheading with piano wire. -

Muhammed Hassan was a solid wrestler, great on the mic and played his role well...a great heel.
