@hip-hopisalive - nah, as far as court is concerned, there's hardly enough concrete similarities between the two brands overall to warrant that. It gotta be something a bit more serious like trademark infringement, which that isn't the case here. its just dry swagga jacking, biting the idea of the designs themselves...which is something that happen often in the realm of fashion brands like these, but unless it's an unauthorized use of the exact same graphic, its hardly worth taking to court.
