No ? for me, but I do get pretty bad cramps on the first day and my flow is real heavy. Only thing I really complain about is that it never comes the same time every month.

I like my ? . I have the an app on my android called the Period Tracker. It has been a hundred percent accurate for me. It predicts the very day my period will come and has gotten it right every time. It's amazing to me. I never cared to keep track of it until I got this app. But my ? lasts 3 days and comes every 28 days. The app also lets me know when I am ovulating and fertile. I have known females to be bedridden with debilitating cramps who were crying and in pain. I have never known what that was like. My periods have always been pain free. I love Playtex Sports.

say i kno a working ? that said she just cuts the ? in half, shoves it up there, and keeps working.....she only ? wit mexicans and she say they dont be deep enough to notice....

nah its just the same as any other product u would use to "freshen up"........i've been with a few that use them....just one on the day u stop leaking.....i think it breaks down in like 30 mins or sumn....
now i have been told, if u use it too much ( like a ? or anything else) it can dry u out....i aint trying to sell ya'll nuthin tho it just came up lol -
