Before winning the championship, Bosh won by only having to pay 2,600 a month in child support.

As Chris Bosh prepares for the Miami Heat’s third game in the NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder, his baby mama has applied for food stamps, Gossip Extra has learned.
In her first interview about the legal battle that Bosh and former live-in galpal Allison Mathis have been waging in three states, Mathis’ lawyer tells me Orlando resident Mathis was laid off from her gig as a secretary in a construction company and this week applied for federal food assistance.
Mathis is also expecting to see her home go into foreclosure because the child support Bosh is paying doesn’t cover her mortgage!
What’s more, the tall-head’s request to take his and Mathis’ three-year-old daughter to London this summer to watch him play in the Olympics has been denied by an Orlando judge.
Happy father’s day, Chris!
But if you believe Mathis’ lawyer, there’s a good reason for the denial.
“He wants to take his daughter across the world for a photo op,” said Orlando family law attorney Jane E. Carey. “It’s just for a photo op. He doesn’t care. He hasn’t been decent to my client and his daughter.”
Carey talked publicly about the case for the first time today because, she says, she’s tired of the 28-year-old Bosh — who got married last year to Adrienne Bosh and recently celebrated the birth of their son.
For two years, the ball player has been battling Mathis in courts in Orange County (Florida), California and Texas on anything from child support to banning her appearance from VH-1’s Basketball Wives to how much time he spends with the child.
Things, however, have changed since Mathis lost her job.
Believe it or not, says Carey, Bosh pays her a mere $2,600-a-month in child support!
According to state guidelines, someone like Bosh whose yearly salary is in the $18 million-range should be paying about $30,000-a-month. So Carey asked a judge to adjust the child support.
Meanwhile, she says, Bosh shouldn’t be allowed to take a three-year-old to London for three weeks.
“My client just lost her job and applied for food stamps for her and Mr. Bosh’s daughter. She’s about to be foreclosed on, he won’t help her and all he wants to do is go to London with his daughter. Are kidding?”
Two lawyers in Orlando who rep Bosh did not return calls and emails requesting comment.

Your futile attempt for attention is not only pitful and sad, but it's insulting. Insulting to the Donkey, the IC, yourself, and humanity at large. It's nice outside, how about you go play and stay of grown folks conversations.

2,600 a month aint enough?
hoes these days -
It's called Child support, not ex-wife/girlfriend/jump-off support.
If she wanted him to pay to support her too she should have gotten that alimony. She didn't so she's stuck getting the child support.
It's ridiculous how women are awarded custody of children solely for having vaginae (lol, plural of ? ) when some of them are unfit to be parents and can not even afford to support a child. Why would a judge send the child to live with the unworthy parent? Are we really allowing that kind of bias and favoritism pollute our court systems so blatantly?
No reason why a woman with no job who can not fend for herself should be burdened with the responsibility of raising a child. Bosh should be awarded custody. -

He has no obligations to help that woman, only the child. Give him custody until you can afford to take care of your damn self. Easy ? solution.
It should not be expected that a man help a woman he has no obligations to help. It would be a nice thing for him to help her but he has no responsibilities to help her in any way - his responsibilities are to the child and that is it. -
