do any of you use wheatgrass as a supplement and if you do have you noticed any changes

No, but I boil it whenever I have a cold and breathe it in. It helps with that.

Tried it once and it tasted so horrible I couldn't drink it again. Maybe if you mix it with something. Supposed to be healthy.

i been on it a few weeks. i got use to the taste.
i think my blood circulation has been alot better.. my co workers think they got more energy and ive heard them say their gums are alot heathier. but not the best tasting stuff to take especially if you not seeing results
