YesYou muthafuckin right it is and this time its not from a lyrical standpoint. No Limit exploded when this came out. Independently nobody had reached the levels P reached at that time while this was not the first album this was the album that put them on a national level. Lyrically no but impact wise its in the top 10.

Yes96-97 is when No Limit musically was peaking. That was pre-biting and pre-oversaturating.
This is also a primarily Bay influenced record. One of the last from the label as a matter of fact.
Definite classic.
