Since this is the cheapseats (supposedly the pinnacle of urban sports talk) I know racing series are largely undervalued, but I present to you; one of the most exciting racing championships on the planet......DTM, or Deutsche Motorsport, or German Touring Car for some of you English mofos.

Audi, Mercedes and BMW? Which is the fastest german car automaker in the world?

Rules are just basically....drive fast, manufacturer teams pitted against each other, two pitstops per race, winner gets the most points.

BMW won last year, breaking Audi's stranglehold of dominance in the sport...and the season, already two races in, looks to be a ? .

So, if any of you love fast racing cars that don't go in circles, this is true motorsport:

    imma tell you....

audi has the best handling...but the speed is between the benz and bmw

i just came back from Germany. I was on the Auotbahn doing 120mph or 200 kph....a bmw and benz flew up on me faster than anything i ever saw before it.

think about that for a second.....im doing 120 and they flew up on me.

    ? was scary.

DTM, Super GT, Australian V8 Supercars and WRC are my favorite racing series.

Audi does seem to have more drivability but the Mercs and especially the BMW's have some pure power

i think i have to give it to BMW then....

the bmw has close to the handling of an audi and close to the speed if not better than a benz
