Also this vid is over four years old but there are studies out there that allege that the gov is spraying these chemicals as a means to reduce sun rays. Supposedly it is to reduce the effects of global warming why I don't believe that is another thread.

I've heard of something called HARRP I believe. It states the government would use large storms or tornado's to spread a fine mist over a vast area. What that ? is beats me. Google it.
