A passing judgement

Songs come to me endlessly
But I've no heart to sing them
Thoughts flow like rivers
But I've no words to free them

Im muted by decision
Stricken deaf by indecision
All around me the world screams
And I just watch

With a clinical eye
I watch and see
I see all there is to be seen

All around me the world screams
And I think, Where is the hero this time?
Who will save them?
Who will save me?

The answer to all is
no one
nowhere
no one but me
nowhere but here

The world kills a million over
I watch the world die a million over
I could save them with a word
and a billion more

But I've no voice
And I've no ears to hear them
I've butchered mine own tongue
I've plugged my ears with silver
Silver lies that sound so sweet
good enough to eat
but not enough to fill

With a word
and a billion more
I could save the world
But who will listen?

Think of all the word you say
have ever said
and will go on to keep saying
Is there room for me in this typhoon of hate and hot spit?
So I say nothing
and sit and watch

This is part one of two. I dont really think anyone will read this so im waiting to see a reaction before I post part two

no reaction? im calling people out telling them im watching them ? up, letting it happen, catalloging it, and then planning to throw it back in their faces and youre all cool with that? or is it not even worth commenting? I wrote this coming out of jail and realizing that i lost societies influence and could look from the outside in

reading this the first thing that comes to mind is influence...every line echoes pain and thought process mix with abstraction...which is good...bottom line good stuff...looking forward to reading part two...keep dropping those words of pure bliss of thought called poetry my fellow poet

damn dude, thanks....You dont even know me, and yet you like my stuff. I knew I was onto something, but as a poet and or sociologist, i am suspicious of my own opinions
