WTF is wrong with my Keyboard?

Long story short I have a Hp laptop and when I press certain letters the number closest to it is also pressed and vice versa
EX: 1q 2w 3e 4r t y 7u 8i 9o 0p

its funny the only thing I did was press a button on it to turn the volume down when I was washing my hands but I didnt think enough of it since it wasnt alot of water -

Yeah and if youre gonna tell me that fn key with F-11 thing it doesnt work unless you got somethin else in mind @matt

nah, i just noticed my keyboard doesn't have the fn button and thought it was kinda strange, was just wondering if anyone else was missing that key
