Hip-hop needs to acknowledge the OG "How To Rob" songs!

Anybody remember the late 90s? If you did, that was an era were alot of these female was tryna come with that female "empowerment" joints. Songs like "Bills, Bills, Bills", "Say My Name", "No Scrubs" etc. Even artists like Lauryn were looked at in that way but not quite the same.

But this was the OG bogart ? were "Sporty Thievz", lol.. Didn't find this song until a few years ago tbh. They from Yonkers too, hence i guess the Eve cameo (via Ruff Ryders that is) in the video - which got deleted from Youtube recently btw.

Funny how woman were cheering that "No Scrubs" ? on, but then got mad when ? came back lol. Women in general lack accountability for anything. The lyrics, the way they flipped it & all was so classic & still potent to this day.
