Jay-ZJay-Z's continuous homage to Biggie is what makes some people think Biggie would be the better MC. Look at Biggie's interviews. He never really cared for the culture or the artform like that. He was all about living in the moment, not progressing his sound and content and pushing the envelope artistically. Who the ? hates on KRS-One for spreading love and knowledge?

BiggieHe didnt progress? His last album was a classic, and he's responsible for alot of mfs styles today. Jay is in my top 5 or 6 so understand why mfs would choose him, but to me its no question. Almost erething Big touched turned into gold. He had better storys, better flows, more charisma, etc

Yeah if u think about it the rappers on there that have by far the most substance and are the deepest Talib Kweli and Mos Def had the least votes -
