Teen accidentally shoot his partner in crime during a holdup

I remember this was a point I made in the thread about the 19 year old kid who tried to rob that dude on the bus. There were posters claiming it was dumb for the attempted victim to fight off the would be assailant. To let him just take whatever he wanted nit knowing if he would've shot him anyway.

Dude is lucky af his jaw is made from steel and survived this. But if you have the ability and opportunity to fight for your life then take it.
