What exactly is going on with the Cleveland Browns that's making it so hard for them to find a coach? Is the front office that ? terrible out there?

Plus they're not patient they fire coaches after one or two years.

Cleveland is a ? but so is Detroit and I keep hearing how Detroit would be a good situation for a coach to start competing right away but so is Cleveland as long as Hoyer comes back strong, they got Gordon and Cameron, they got to re sign Ward but that defense is solid, they got 2 firsts, they could be a sleeper team with the right coach

The actual franchise itself is in turmoil. Cleveland is a respected football city for the most part, but the reincarnation set them back and all of the people involved with the franchise since then have been bums.
A team's location, name, etc can't do ? for a ? up front office. And vice versa. -

That's what they get for firing their coach after one year like they had great expectations this season ..... they at least were competitive
