this is similar to what we in academia call knowledge destruction.
instead of building on what works, they critiquing a possible "flaw". get this hipster ? the ? out of here. -
Just want attention
-
Okay I read a part of it and they said it started the trend of albums having multiple producers.
They used No ID as a source so at least the author did a bit of homework on the subject. -
Look at this heavyweight broad they got playing Remy thooooo. I don't remember remy ever being that chunky lol
-
Wrong thread but whatever lol
-
? Complex. Heres a dope gif
-
but lets be honest j cole seeking multiple producers is saving j coles career. Because an album full of straight j cole beats would let nas down (and fans like me).
-
? Complex and that damn sliding ad
-
next article "how MMLP2 saved hip hop"
just watch -
This is Complex we're talking about. They don't know ? about hip hop
/thread -
Complex was probably glad when Macklemore won the Grammy. ? them Starbucks drinking weirdos.
-
It ruined it yet the best years(imo) came out during and right after it. Hmmm yup seems like Complex logic
-
-
Seriously though, who reads Complex? I'm still trying to figure that out.
-
Someone made a gd point that they gave no examples of a bad album with multi producers
-
Actually the article does have a point and it's something that I've thought myself for a long time.

it was a valid viewpoint; the headline is overly dramatic.choppa_style wrote: »Actually the article does have a point and it's something that I've thought myself for a long time.
Nah ? that. Is Rolling Stones magazine writing articles about why (classic rock album) ruined rock music? Illmatic is one of the most celebrated pieces of work in hip hop history and these hipsters aren't gonna trash it just for the sake of cheap headlines. -
Between this and the Grammys ? , I don't wanna hear one more outsider's opinion about hip hop.
This is old as ? btw. -
? hipsters aka "white-washed" according to the singular black hipster at Complex. You mad Complex?
