Tough one ..
I appreciate both them ? flow on the MIC however I own more Busta albums (from the 90s) than I do ? . I find Bus more entertaining and he was fortunate to work with J DILLA on his earlier work before the fame. ..
And I liked Bus' flow on 'Thank You' with Q-Tip. He murked that track effortlessly -

I can't decide. Both could have had bigger and better careers. It seems like their albums were disappointing. Like they had this raw talent but it never got cultivated.
I don't think either one has a classic album. -
