Lived in Japan (closer to Yokohama than Tokyo but still not far away) for awhile and I loved it there. Always something to do and easy to get around without owning a vehicle. Hardly no violent crimes (well at least against foreigner's) and the people are very cordial.
United States: Charlotte or San Francisco
Central America: Panama City, Panama (Been there for vacation and it's really pretty & not to bad when it comes to crime as far as I know)
South America: Fortaleza, Brazil or Bahia Blanca, Argentina
Europe: Nice France or Barcelona Spain
Africa: Sao Tome & Prinncipe (loved that place, the ladies were beautiful and friendly and it was chill)
Asia: Good Ole Japan, maybe Shibuya which is my favorite city.
So many places I would love to live if i could do it and live some what comfortable. If I had to choose one spot it would most likely be Nice, France because it's on the water, diverse culture, good food, a decent enough location that you could easily travel to other area's without too much heartache and it's ? beautiful.

Boko Haram are situated mostly in Northern Nigeria bruh .. -
