Aiyyo the plot thickens, I'm pickin the locks in the back entrance
Payin attention, not tryin to get knocked and catch a fat sentence
Not to mention these kids is mafioso with lots of dough so
they got poco lock with the down to rock Morocco chokehold (oh oh)
Their security system's linear laser protection
No sweat, I brought the miniature mirrors for reflectin
Inspectin the vault, for weapons assault, second of course
It's poisonous rays, boiled and baked in epsom salt
Rep in New York is the cat burgalar, the fat murderer
Slippin the clip in the Mac, inserterer
Hurtin your pockets, droppin your stock to zero profit
Holding heroes hostage and mansions for ransom like DeNiro mob flicks
Back to the top again, hand the grand prize
The safe flies open, the shining was blinding my eyes
I cracked the code, enough ice to make you laugh at gold
Passed the dough to Cuban started movin for the back real slow
That's when I heard the sirens hopin that my ears was lyin
Knew we was dyin when I saw the guard we tortured cryin
Pointing at the building screamin, "I can see them, ? em!"
Snipers was willing but couldn't, there's too many civilians
Still inside nowhere to hide nowhere to run
Cuban said, "? it, we die, we die busting our guns"

Life after death

gonna go with pun, tomorrow it could be biggie.
-
U spics try this ? 3 times a ? year.
The answers still no.
Biggie>>>>>>>>>>>>>puns right hand against his wife's face>>>>>puns music.
When it comes to hard hitting. -
LAD easily.

Neither is groundbreakingly lyrical, and it's really a matter of perspective. Life After Death was catchier and has more storytelling tracks, as Biggie tends to do, whereas Capital Punishment was mostly just boom bap braggadocio. Pun's flow and multis have always been great to listen to, and I, personally think that Capital Punishment is the better album of the 2, but the odd fact is I've listened to life after death many more times. It's kinda like how my favorite movie is Memento, but I've watched Hitch wayyy more

Capital punishment
Biggie is meldoic and charismatic
But pun is that too plus black thought was on that album
Inspectah deck and prodigy
And if it wasnt for the bottle upside jay z head he could have made the cut
-
i think that album a little overated its a solid album maybe puerto ricans are gassin it like a classic but to me its a solid album in the veins of N.O.R.E and guetto millionaire from royal flush not on life after death level
my opinion listening to it right now its a solid 4 mics to me not more
beware, dream shaterer, you aint a killer, im not a player ,twinz and tres leches are the only real bangers -

Life after death..tbh honest if that was condensced into a single cd I don't think this would be arguable, there's only a couple of cuts on there I'd skipe but still props to big for a stellar double cd
-
Life After Death was a genre defining album. Capitol Punishment was a classic in its own right. But it ain't seeing LAD.

Biggie did too much damn singing on life after death capital punishment>>>>
