I'm taking a silver mineral supplement, Silver Colloidal and soon an iodine supplement, Lugol's solution to make my blood a darker tone which in turn should increase my melatonin levels since melatonin is created in darkness. But I wonder if a darker blood tone signifies good health or does a lighter pinker tone is an indicator?l

If you're already doing, you'll probably have to tell us. Just don't Papa Smurf yourself with that silver.

What is the intended effect brought by the higher levels of melatonin? I'm not familiar with its supplemental benefits beyond being a sleep aid.

3 days so far on the silver colloidal and it's having the desired effect- smoothing out some of my discolorations. Kinda surprising since I've been taken over the counter melatonin without having the same effect. The long term goal is just continued good health.
